Excelso stands for large, even-sized coffee beans, the only ones larger are the
supremos. The Columbian Excelso is a delicious coffee that has a special
rich acidity, medium-bodies flavor and clean, sweet aftertaste. |
Colombian Supremo
Highest grade of Colombian beans
grown just above the Equator. Supremes are large, uniform and
without
imperfections. These beans are hand-sorted, good acidity, full flavored, limited
supply.

Costa Rican
These beans are grown between 3900 and 5400 feet from the
Tarrasa districts. They have a heavy body, with finely balanced acidity and
flavor.

Guatemalan Antigua
Genuine Antigua grows high near the Pacific coast in the
volcanic Antigua region of Guatemala. The best of fine Arabica beans it is mild
and mellow with a full body yet refined acidity. Its subtle cocoa texture and
gentle spice flavors make this coffee celebrated for its great balance, light
body and clean finish.

Mexican Altura
Well balanced, light bodied with refined acidity, subtle
texture and gentle spice flavors, this coffee is an elegant treasure.

Peruvian coffee is flavorful, aromatic, gentle, and mildly

African Coffee |

Kenya “AA”
Grown on or near 17,000 foot Mt. Kenya, “AA” is the
highest grade of Kenya coffee. It is full bodied with delicate acidity
distinctive dry winery aftertaste, limited supply.

Ethiopian Yirgacheffe
Grown at an altitude over 7,000 feet it is a close
relative of Mocha. The beans are small, but flavorful and the aroma is very
concentrated. Flavor is winery and piquant.

Celebes Kalossi
A flavorful coffee it is part of a tiny crop grown on the
Indonesian island of Sulawesi. You’ll find that the
high oil content within
these beans brews up a buttery cup of coffee with an earthy richness.

Sumatra Mandheling
A classic coffee, it is grown in the Malay Archipelago of
Indonesia near the city of Pedang. This Arabic
bean is low in acidity and has a
rich syrupy flavor.

Caffe Venezia Espresso

that is blended and roasted to perfection exactly as they do in Italy. The final

French Roast
This coffee is roasted to a dark roast with natural oils
slightly brought to the surface. A very heavy rich blend.

High Roast
Three fine coffees roasted to a Vienna roast for those
that delight in a richer darker coffee.

Italian Roast
A dark and oily roast with a rich, deep flavor.
This coffee is perfect for use as Espresso or Cappuccino.

Vienna Roast
A medium dark roast, that is darker than an
American and lighter than the French roast. It is an excellent
cup for those who like a robust flavor but don’t
like the darker roasts.

Swiss Water Decaffeinated Coffees |
|
These coffees are decaffeinated in Switzerland using a
patented process that extracts 97% of the caffeine by using pure water only.
It
is one of the most popular organic decaffeination processes.
